Famous Pulau Sebang(Tampin) Long Jiang Mian a.k.a Wan Tan Mee

Wan Tan Mee can be found everywhere in Malaysia. I had eaten this noodles since I was very young (almost 30 years ago). The special thing about this Pulau Sebang’s Long Jiang Mee is, the noodle was hand made(not by machine). More elastic compare to normal noodles and thinner. Serve with Pork(Char Siu), Spring Onion, ,some vegetables and pork mince.
