Fiona Phur# Gadek estate at that time cover a very very large area. And if you said it also include clonlee area, thats mean the plantation estate is near to Tampin. Gadek Hot Spring is located beside main road way to Alor Gajah/Melaka, if you travel from Tampin. You can used Google Earth to locate it.

I lived on Gadek Estate from 1960 to 1975. My father Mr Donald Chandler was the rubber estate manager of Gadek Estate, including Clonlee Division. I do not remember any hot springs on the plantattion. Can anyone tell me if the springs are in the rubber plantation please?

We are heading there from Melaka. So the route should be Tampin via highway then Alor Gajah Town?

Any idea shoping open on 1 Jan 2011?

The address is NOT complete! and the phone no. is Malacca phone no. If you drive from Alor Gajah, drive toward Tampin road, about 4km, see your left side, you will see Air Panas Gadek, just beside the main road. Hi,

I drove to the given address of the hot spring stated by the website. But I drove there only to see private kampong located at the left and right. in front is a T End. cannot drive in anymore. the address of the map seems to state a different address. So am I driving to ther wrong place?
Alor Gajah is the same place as Alor Gajah town?

YenLing# The place is so remote, as I know the phone no you dial is Malacca Tourism center. The place didn’t provide any camp site. The nearest resort is A’Famosa Resort.
