Chinese New Year snacks – Mini spring roll

Many years ago, when Chinese New Year is around, most of the Chinese family’s member will get together and start making cookies, biscuits, snacks, cakes and etc.

But now a days, people rarely doing this stuff at home since it is time consuming and very few family’s member are stay near together.  So, they prefer buying them from market.

Of course, there were some people prefer DIY, like my nephew, which she loves Mini spring roll very much.  So, yesterday she ask her mother to make this snack for her.

One small jar of this cost you about RM 10-18.  Not cheap eh.
