Quick lunch – Sweet and Sour Pork rib

Having lunch outside is my daily routine, sometimes, eating same type of foods will lost my appetite.  Today I got this Sweet and Sour pork rib + rice for my lunch.

It is a mixed of Western  and Oriental style.  Pork ribs is fried until it turn into golden color and sour sauce is cook from tomato sauce and sugar then pour into the pork ribs.  Topping with spring onion and fresh cucumber and served with white rice.   Phew! Fast and delicious right and also stimulate my appetite.

And with a glass of fresh lime + Barley ice, to reduce the greasy feeling
