Haven’t heard it before ? Me too. I got it yesterday, when my brother in-law bring it back from Melaka. See this photo first. I tried few sticks and it taste sweet and good.
Its a very easy made snack, you can share it with your family and friends this Chinese New Year. See below steps:-
- Buy a pack of Crab stick from market
- Tear the crab stick into small slices.
- Finally, fried it about 30 seconds

May I know u r using which brand of the crab stick? I have tried to fry the crab stick but is not crispy as ur photo shown. I heard some comments use seapack but i cant find this in KL.

Angeline# use the regular pack that sold at shopping complex. I think you can find it in most of the shopping complex.
