May I know u r using which brand of the crab stick? I have tried to fry the crab stick but is not crispy as ur photo shown. I heard some comments use seapack but i cant find this in KL.

I have tried frying some…but all stuck together….n not really crispy. Quite disappointed.
Nakedwok# Huh ? Are you using the live crab stick? Get them from super market in packing(not the real crab stick).
I think you didn’t mention some steps. My result same as ‘Nakedwok’. Everything stuck together…
