DIY – Mini Tuna and Fruits Sandwich, snacks for CNY

Look delicious ?

Look delicious ?

During this Chinese New Year, there will be a lot of gathering, friends, family relatives.  And I’m sure they will eat lots of good and delicious foods.  Hmmm… too much oily and hot foods will make you loose appetite, right ?

Here is what I prepared, when I’m gathered with few good friends.  I make some light snacks for them – Mini Tuna and Fruits Sandwiches.  It is suitable for all times, breakfast or afternoon tea break.

How to do it ? and what are the things you need?sandwich1

  • White bread – Cut it into round shape (can be any shape)
  • Fruits – Grapes, Kiwi, Strawberry (any fruits you like)
  • Cheese – Optional
  • Tuna – Mayonnaise or normal tuna chunk also can
  • Luncheon meat – Chicken or pork(Ham)

Method : Very easy and fast

  1. Cut the fruits into small chunks
  2. Cut the Cheese into small pieces
  3. Cook the Luncheon meat and cut it into small pieces
  4. Spread the Mayonnaise tuna on white bread, put 2 and 3 on top of the bread
  5. Topping the bread with fruits
