DIY – Steam Fresh Milk Egg, look like egg pudding

Really, I don’t know what should I called this dessert.  I got this idea from news paper where someone make this dessert just adding two ingredients and little bit of sugar.  You can modified a bit to suit you taste.

See the ready to serve dessert below, look like ‘tofu hua‘ (jellied soy bean curd):

Ingredients :

• 1 egg
• 150 ml fresh milk
• 1 tea spoon of sugar
• some honey
• pinch of sesame seed or peanuts (blended into tiny seed)

Method :

• Put the egg in a bigger bowl
• Put 1 tea spoon of sugar into the bowl
• Stir the egg evenly until it mixed up evenly
• Pour in the fresh milk
• Again stir it until it mixed up evenly
• Put the bowl in a big stainless steel pot (fill with 1 inch water)
• Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes

Oh! for you who don’t like the egg smell, I suggest you eat this dessert when it is still hot.  You also can put it into the freight and serve it later, just like egg pudding.
