Nasi Briani, Indian style spice chicken rice

Getting boring eating same foods, same style every day? Try this, Nasi Briani Ayam (chicken).  You can find it anywhere in Malaysian, perhaps the some got their own recipe, own flavour, but in general, they are same.

Perhaps, you haven’t heard about Nasi Briani.  From what I know, the rice is cooked with chicken stock and chicken itself plus some spicy herb.  Smell good and taste little bit spice.

Normally, Nasi Briani will served with ‘Dal curry‘ and cucumber, carrot pickles.  Price is around RM5.00 – RM 6.00.

Don’t worry with the curry, the ‘Dal curry‘ is NOT spicy, it makes the rice easy to eat, when you feel the rice is hard to swallow, just pour it with some curry.  Trust me, is delicious.
