The best time to visit here is from 7.30 pm. Why ? Because the photos you taken with flash light won’t shown the beauty of the scenes.

Compare two pictures above, you can see the differences. Although without flash light, you still can see people’s face clearly and lights decoration are very sharp. The point is, if you come visit here after 8.00 pm, then is too dark and when you use your camera flash light to take photos, it will spoil the beautiful lantern and light decoration scenes.
