Oldies Tampin, Pulau Sebang – 1970′s

Photo is taken before I was born, around 1970′s.  According to this photo owner,  it was taken from helicopter with local authorities.  The purpose is to do survey about the development of this small town.

As you can see, the far top is Bukit Tampin, there is a water fall in Bukit Tampin and every morning and evening there are a lot of people jogging up to the hill.  See the RED line, that is the border line separate Malacca and Negeri Sembilan(Below the line is Malacca state)

At the lower left is Pulau Sebang Railway station and the middle is the town.  There are mass development recent year in Tampin, Pulau Sebang.  More housing estates and properties are built, small industries area are developing and the infrastructures also improved a lot.

Old building since World War 2 are replaced by Shopping complex and shop lots.  And current project is to build another housing estate and a Central Bus Station  near the Railway station.

For coming 10 years, I believed Tampin, Pulau Sebang will become an important township.
