How many of you have your breakfast at ‘home’? I mean D.I.Y. I believed most of us only take 2 pieces of white bread with some jams and a cup of coffee every day for breakfast. Is not very healthy for a daily balance diet. You can try make this breakfast at home and trust me, is easy, simple and fast(just like my mini tuna sandwich).
Ingredients :
- White bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 tea spoons of Mayonnaise
- Little bit of salt (optional)
- Parsley(optional)
- Ham(optional)
Methods:
- Boiled the eggs for 8 minutes (if you take out from freight)
- Let the eggs in the hot water for 2-3 minutes
- Smashed the eggs in a bowl
- Put in the Mayonnaise, Ham and stir it evenly
- Put in little bit salt and parsley
- Spread it on the bread
- Hmmm.. if you like heavier taste, can put in some roasted garlic
- Taste nice and good
There you go, its only take about 15 minutes to serve this delicious breakfast. Hey, don’t just rushed to work, take your time, enjoy your breakfast.
