How to make Mayonnaise Eggs Sandwich

How many of you have your breakfast at ‘home’?  I mean D.I.Y.  I believed most of us only take 2 pieces of white bread with some jams and a cup of coffee every day for breakfast.  Is not very healthy for a daily balance diet.  You can try make this breakfast at home and trust me, is easy, simple and fast(just like my mini tuna sandwich).

Ingredients :

  • White bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tea spoons of Mayonnaise
  • Little bit of salt (optional)
  • Parsley(optional)
  • Ham(optional)

Methods:

  • Boiled the eggs  for 8 minutes (if you take out from freight)
  • Let the eggs in the hot water for 2-3 minutes
  • Smashed the eggs in a bowl
  • Put in the Mayonnaise, Ham and stir it evenly
  • Put in little bit salt and parsley
  • Spread it on the bread
  • Hmmm.. if you like heavier taste, can put in some roasted garlic

There you go, its only take about 15 minutes to serve this delicious breakfast.  Hey,  don’t just rushed to work, take your time, enjoy your breakfast.
