Don’t waste foods, I will make you a simple and delicious snack from glutinous rice cake.
Ingredients:
- Glutinous Rice Cake
- Milled Coconut (Buy from market – ready product)
- 1/4 tea spoon of salt (Optional) mixed with milled coconut
Method:
- Chop the glutinous rice cake into small chunk (2 cm)
- Put the glutinous rice cake on a plate
- Put the plate into a boiled water and cover it
- Steam it for 10-15 minutes(you can use chop stick or fork to test the softness and stickiness)
