Ingredients:
- Glutinous rice cake
- Sweet potatoes
- Flour (1/2 cup)
- Water
Method:
- Cut Glutinous rice cake into small thin slice
- Cut the Sweet potato into small slice
- Mix the flour and water, stir evenly until it look sticky
- Heat up oil (medium)
- Clip a slice of glutinous rice cake between 2 pieces of sweet potato
- Dunk into the flour mixture and put it into wok, fried for 2-3 minutes

tips: Keep over night (2 days), when you buy sweet potatoes – it will make the sweet potato more soft and sweet.
