I had installed WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. I can write with Chinese simplify but after posting the article, it show ??? for all the Chinese characters. Anybody who had same experience can tell me why ? or please help me.

Is it because the database didnt store chinese character? If you’re using mySQL, probably need to use InnoDB, and set it to use UTF-8.

chethong# already set to UTF-8, still the same. Perhaps some other problems. Already installed WPML plugin and set my mySQL user’s rights also the same.
