Bak Gua is one of the favorites foods(snack) during the Chinese New Year. You can see many Bak Gua’s BBQ stalls along the roadside(specially at Kuala Lumpur), BBQ-ing the meat, packing and selling. Chinese use Bak Gua as a hand gift when they visit relatives, friends during the Chinese New Year.
