Ghost Festival a.k.a Hungry Ghost Month

Chinese New Year, Lion Dance on the Street ???
Yesterday, I stumble on this view near my working place, Lion Dance.
It was a Chinese New Year’s lantern lights up ceremony by local Party representative. At first, I heard a very loud drum beating sound, then 2 Lions Dance costume appearing right on the street.
